Return Policy

Incorrect Items / Faulty Items

If The Melbourne Rock Candy Company (MRC) sends you a completely incorrect product and not an approved substitute, MRC will either refund you for the value of the originally ordered item, or send you a replacement.    If MRC has sent you a faulty product, proof of fault must be provided by way of photograph and explanation either by email or in writing.  If a product is shipped to you in a faulty condition, MRC will either refund you for the value of the originally ordered item, or send you a replacement.

Damaged during Shipping

If your item is damaged during shipping, MRC must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.  If your request is received outside of 24 hours of receipt of delivery, MRC responsibility is voided.  For valid claims, MRC will either refund you for the value of the item ordered, or send a replacement.  If you requested "Authority to Leave"  your order then all responsibility of MRC for damaged / lost items will be voided.

Refunds

All refunds will be returned via the payment method that was originally used to purchase the goods.
