Shipping

The Melbourne Rock Candy Company (MRC) ships Gift Boxes Australia wide.  A street address or PO Box are accepted.  An email address and phone number must be provided during order processing on our website.  The shipping cost on Gift Boxes is calculated during the checkout process.  If you have any queries in relation to shipping please email info@melbournerockcandy.com.au

All deliveries are usually Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm as per our chosen freight partners.  If deliveries can only be accepted on a particular day/time you must specify this.  

Delivery estimates vary.  Although we try, we cannot guarantee delivery times.  Our freight partners have to contend with holiday seasons, weather events and the like.  We offer Gift Box shipping estimates:

1 to 7 business days for metro ACT, QLD, NSW, SA, VIC

7 to 14 business days for NT, WA

3 to 14 business days for regional (not metro).

Anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by MRC to be authorised to receive the products.  In the instance someone is not able to sign for your delivery, a card outlining details for collection will be left, unless Authority to Leave was specified during checkout process.
